I am forwarding the response subject to my application for documentation to show ownership rights to common lands in Hampshire.
The council claims to own Yateley Common, to which claims applications and regulations to access this common land for enclosure and other restrictions.
My request, a copy was forwarded to your office, to which has been sent a letter of acknowledgement.
I will also copy this to HCC FOI officer for an internal review, as procedure requires.

I am dissatisfied with your response to my application for access to documentation to show ownership of Yateley Common and to show lawful occupation to the same parcel of land.
This information is necessary to submit my objections to your planned works on Yateley Common, to which you have stated an application to PINS is to be submitted.
Objections to your scheme are being gathered from the public, but as it has been stated by Sarah Manchester the council owns the land, and as such, you are going to submit an application as owners, may I remind you, your application will be false representation,catered for under the 2006 Fraud.
My application to you under the FOI, is for an internal inquiry.

We moved to a Shropshire location a year ago having surveyed the local OS map and noted the significant number of bridleways around the property. Sadly the map appears a total fiction. Scarce any of the bridleways are usable ........... read more
